Instrument Design and Manufacturing

Evergreen Orthopedic Research Lab (EORL) was created in part to help answer the need for instruments specifically designed for MIS and navigation techniques. Achieving this goal as lead to a full team of design specialists including surgeon designers, CAD artists, tissue specialists, and ISO-9000 certified manufacturers.

EORL is able to take the needs and ideas from designing surgeons actively involved the the evolution of MIS-Navigation techniques, create CAD drawings, and produce resin prototypes for actual use in our lab with cadaver knees and artificial knees.
