Evergreen Orthopedic Research Lab offers a unique experience in teaching for our visiting surgeons. A one on one teaching opportunity with Dr. Craig McAllister and a fully trained staff enables the surgeon to have hands on training with a cadaver knee and specific implants.
The visiting surgeon program encompasses everything a representative is trying to accomplish in one visit: training, education and promotion of a specific product.
The lab is located in Evergreen Hospital and Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington, just a short distance from Seattle.
Cadaver labs are available on Fridays with Dr. McAllister.
A STRYKER Navigation unit is available for use in the lab.
Breakfast and PowerPoint presentation given by Dr. McAllister is arranged to precede the cadaver lab in a meeting facility at the hospital.
Dinner with Dr. McAllister is a possibility the evening before the lab, schedules pending.
Up to 2 surgeons and accompanying assistants/scrub techs can be accommodated for training in the lab in one session.
Cadaver labs usually run 3.5 hours including the a.m. presentation.
