Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific Lutheran University. He graduated in Physician Assistant Studies from Quinnipiac University. Jeff is a knowledgeable and extensively published Physician Assistant with a proven track record in patient care. He has co-authored a number of papers, done lectures, and is a respected educator. He has an extensive, hands-on experience in hip and knee replacement surgery and a vast background in cadaver-based surgeon education.

His nine years in clinical practice as a Physician Assistant has been complemented by his extensive experience in developing state of the art surgical technique and surgical instruments. As a Physician Assistant, Jeff has a unique view on how to make joint replacements easier, gentler, and more efficient. This knowledge has helped him to design and produce several specialized MIS total knee instruments. He has helped to train over 200 surgeons and health professionals in MIS and computer navigation techniques.

He is a team player, always prepared to carry and/or lead whatever effort is necessary. His background in surgery, cadaver-labs, and education enables him to identify and execute new solutions, designs, and ideas.

At EORL, Jeff oversees all operations, assists in all quality issues, and participates in design of new instruments. He is directly responsible for surgeon education, procurement, sales, and inventory. Jeff’s gentle demeanor is accented by his work ethic and his “do whatever it takes” mentality.

Jeff loves spending time with his wonderful wife and two kids. They enjoy hiking in the mountains, biking on the Centennial Trail, skiing anywhere possible and movie night.
